The simplest route to Ron Eydt Village conference centre:

Enter the University of Waterloo campus from Columbus St. and then turn right. From the 401, take the Exit 278, Highway 8 west toward Kitchener, then Highway 7 east and 86 north toward Waterloo, then the University Ave. West exit to the traffic signals at Philip St. (past the King St. signals), turn right to the signals at Columbia St., turn left to the signals at the entrance to the South Campus, turn left to the stop sign, turn right to parking lots S or V which are on the right, and Ron Eydt Village building is on the left across the street from these lots.

If you have luggage, before you park you may want to drop it off at the front entrance, which is at the opposite end of the building -- take the road on the left just before you reach the building. Parking passes are $3.00 per day, and are included for no fee with overnight accomodation rates. Part of the time we will have a volunteer at the parking lot with the passes, and other times they will be available from just inside the front door of the conference centre.
